We deliver for free any orders that are above 50 euros in value. Below we charge 4,95 euros for orders throughout Germany and Austria.
As a rule, the delivery time is 5 working days. In the case of payment in advance, for example, the date of receiving payment is the relevant date for calculating the delivery time. The delivery time may possibly be slightly longer. However, in this case, we will inform you immediately.
You can obtain information about the status of your order at any time, using your DHL tracking number. You will find this number on your shipping confirmation, which we shall send to you immediately after receiving your order. Just click the link sent to you and follow the instructions. Should you fail to have received confirmation within 30 minutes after placing your order, please contact us. Please make sure that, when ordering, you provide us with a currently valid e-mail address.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Nevertheless, in case you should happen to have cause for complaint, we have enclosed a goods return form and a return address label inside the package. So that we can constantly improve our service for you, we would ask you to kindly indicate on the goods return form your reasons for returning the articles.
Please use the original packaging for returning the goods and stick the return address label over the original delivery label. Just hand the package over to a branch of the German Post Office (DHL). The costs for the return shipment will be taken over for you by Zwiesel Kristallglas Ltd.
Please do not forget to place a cross on the form to indicate whether you would like a credit note or a replacement delivery. In this way, you will be helping us to speed up the settlement of the matter to your satisfaction.

In order to be able to redeem your iglo promotional voucher in our online shop, you only have to enter your winning code in the empty field in the shopping cart. Then, the purchase money is automatically reduced by the voucher value of 5 Euros from a minimum order value of 25 Euros plus shipping costs on. The voucher applies for the whole range of products. You can redeem up to maximum three vouchers at the same time. The iglo vouchers are valid from May 1st 2011 to March 31st 2012. The voucher cannot be accumulated with other discounts. It is not possible to cash the voucher. The terms and conditions of Zwiesel Kristallglas AG apply. The iglo-campaign is running only in Germany.
Please understand that it is not possible to cash the voucher. Therefore, in case of a return only the reduced amount, i.e. the amount which you have actually paid, will be reimbursed. If you are unsatisfied with a part of the goods and it is essential that the minium order value of the goods which remain with you still amounts to more than 25 Euros. The voucher will be credited accordingly. Otherwise, you will get another chance: Your voucher does not expire. We will reactivate your winning code so that you can reuse it for your next order amounting to more than 25 Euros. If you have redeemed several vouchers on one order, the amount of the minium order value increases by 25 Euros for each voucher.
